Ameritec CRS-AMSG
Ameritec's Crescendo call generator family of products
has been enhanced by the addition of the Audio Monitor &
Synchronization Generator (AMSG). The Ameritec AMSG provides a user with
the ability to locally monitor audio tones produced by the Crescendo
family of call generators. Users can select monitoring channels from
multiple audio channels produced by the Crescendo that it is connected to.
For use with the Ameritec CRS-DE.
Key Features:
- Monitors up to four channels of PCM encoded audio.
Channels are selected from the available channels produced by the
attached Crescendo unit.
- Switch selectable transmission mode (E1 or T1),
encoding scheme (A-Law or µ-Law, and volume level.)
- Provides timing synchronization for localized and
widely dispersed telephone networks.
- Up to 16 AMSG units can be chained together to
provide timing synchronization for very large networks.
- Optional GPS receiver allows synchronization of
geographically dispersed units.
