500 MHz Pulse Generator
- Less than 500 picosecond rise and fall times
- Output amplitude to ±2 volts into 50 ohms
- Pulse Repetition Frequency: 10 KHz to 500 MHz internal frequency, continuously
variable in 12 ranges (1-3-10 sequence) with coarse selector and fine control. DC to
500 MHz from external trigger.
- Pulse Delay: 7ns to 50µs, continuously variable in 10 ranges (1-3-10 sequence)
by coarse selector and fine control
- Pulse Width: approximately 1.5ns to 50µs, continuously variable in 10 ranges
(1-3-10 sequence) by coarse selector and fine control
- Output Pulse Amplitude: ±200 mV to ±2 volts into 50 ohms, continuously variable
by 2-position coarse range switch (200 mV to 600 mV/600 mV to 2 volts) and fine control.
