Electronic Polymers is now offering a system level Transmission Line
Pulse (TLP) Tester in an easy to use bench-top format. Utilizing the Very
Fast TLP Tester in combination with a high performance oscilloscope,
an IC's failure waveform signature and failure voltage are readily
captured.
The model EPI 05 TLP versatility is beneficial in replicating and
simulating the established ESD events. The TLP damage threshold provides
the protection voltage level to meet the specifications in the following
ESD standards: IEC 1004-2, HBM, MM and CDM.
