Test Fixtures (coaxial termination type) for holding a piece of sample material or a small component.  Screw-mount holders accommodate a cylindrical sample in their respective inner chambers.  Two kinds of fixtures fit sample of dimensions given below:

• Maximum applied dc bias voltage: +-40 V
