The spring loaded test fixture adapts surface mount devices to the QuadTech 7600 Precision LCR Meter.

Specifications

  • Accepts surface mount devices that are 0.5 mm - 10 mm wide by 0.5 mm - 10 mm high by 0.1 mm - 8 mm in length.
  • Connects to 7600 via 4 BNC to BNC 1 meter length cables
