Crystal Impedance Meter
The RFL 5950A is designed to measure the effective resistance of piezoelectric crystals at both resonance and at anti-resonance, as indicated by zero phase shift. When equipped with the 254A RF Module, the 5950A covers from 2.5 kHz to 4.5 MHz. Crystal resistance ranges of 200Ω, 2, 20, and 400 kΩ are selectable via a front-panel control. Maximum power level of 10 mW from 1.5 MHz to 4.0 MHz (15 to 200Ω range).
254A Module:
