Slaughter 1106-2 500 VA AC Hipot Tester

The 500 VA Series 1106 AC testers are basic go, no-go dielectric withstand (hipot) testers. These testers are intended for simple dielectric testing - to determine if the insulation under test will withstand the test voltage applied without breaking down.

The 500 VA Series 1106 AC testers have an internal factory adjustable trip current and output current is limited under short circuit conditions to minimize damage to defective test objects.

The 500 VA Series 1106 AC testers are well suited for testing high capacitance objects such as heating elements, large mobile homes and motors up to 175 horsepower.
