ohms at 1 MHz.
Current Range - 20 mA/div to 100 A/div with A6302/AM503, and 20
mA/div to 20 A/div with P6021/134 (20:1 step down ratio); 1 A/div to 5 kA/div with
!6302/AM503, 1 A/div to 1 kA/div with P6921/134, (1000:1 step down ratio).
