The Tektronix P6248 is a high-bandwidth differential probe with the TEK-PROBE interface. The P6248 probe has a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz (1.7 GHz typical). The probe has low circuit loading, high common-mode rejection, and comes with accessories that accommodate a wide variety of applications.
