The Hipotronics 880PL-10mA-A portable DC Hipot Tester consists of equipment particularly suited for use in the utility and wire and cable industries. These units are used to test cables, capacitors, and other insulated samples.

- Internal circuit protection allowing for repeated short circuits at full output
