HP / Agilent 5303B Frequency Counter Module, 500 MHz

The Agilent 5303B Frequency Counter Module can be used with either the 5300A or 5300B mainframes. Channel A input measures from DC to 525 MHz (CW or Burst) with 100 mV rms sensitivity to 500 MHz. Channel B measures from 50 Hz - 80 MHz (CW or Burst) with sensitivity of 25 mV rms from 100 Hz - 50 MHz.
