The HP / Agilent 8566B Laboratory Spectrum Analyzer is a high-performance instrument, ideal for bench or ATE applications. The frequency ranges up to 22 GHz, using internal mixing, can be extended up to 325 GHz. A synthesized local oscillator produces counter-like accuracy at microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies. A 10-Hz resolution bandwidth and excellent frequency stability allow difficult measurements such as line-related sideband characterization at 22 GHz.
