Tektronix DSA601A Digital Signal Analyzer Mainframe
The Tek DSA601A provides a combination of signal
acquisition, processing and display performance for repetitive and
high-speed transient-capture applications. It has a 1GSa/s max. sampling
rate, FFT and histograms. For circuit design and system debugging, the
sophisticated trigger system quickly isolates anomalies. such as runt
pulses, meta stable logic states, setup / hold time violations, and
slew-rate errors. The DSA601A includes a built-in floppy disk drive and is
the Tektronix DSA601A is used with 11xxx-series
