To show our love for our customers, we are offering free shipping on Ground shipments of 75 pounds and under. They must be able to be shipped in a box and not a crate by FedEx or UPS. The total weight includes all of the necessary components, accessories, cases, and protective packaging.

The orders must be placed through our online portal. Valid on orders placed before the end of the day on February 29. Please find the piece of equipment you need and go through the checkout process. At checkout, if the order is confirmed as eligible by an ATEC rental agent, the shipping cost will be adjusted to $0.00 for qualifying shipments.

ATEC Free Shipping Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The ATEC Valentine Free Shipping Promotion is open to all customers who ship to locations that ATEC services. To qualify for free shipping, the shipment must be 75 pounds or under, including all necessary components, accessories, cases, and protective packaging.
2. Promotion Period: This Promotion is valid on orders placed through our online portal before the end of the day on February 29. Orders placed outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for free shipping.
3. Qualifying Shipments: Free shipping applies only to Ground shipments that can be packaged in a box (not a crate) and sent via FedEx or UPS. The total weight of the order, including all components and packaging, must not exceed 75 pounds.
4. Participation: To take advantage of the free shipping offer, customers do not need a promo code. Instead, after submitting an online quote request through our website, an ATEC rental agent will review the order to confirm eligibility for free shipping based on the product's weight and shipping requirements. If the product selected qualifies, the agent will indicate this in their response to the customer's quote request. At checkout, if the order is confirmed as eligible by an ATEC rental agent, the shipping cost will be adjusted to $0.00 for qualifying shipments.
5. Exclusions and Limitations: This offer is limited to standard Ground shipping services. It does not apply to shipments that require crates or exceed the specified weight limit. Expedited shipping, international shipments, and shipments outside of ATEC's standard service areas are excluded from this Promotion.
6. Changes to the Promotion: ATEC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. This includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
7. Liability: ATEC shall not be liable for any shipping delays or issues arising from carrier performance, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond ATEC's control.
8. Promotion Restrictions: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated by ATEC. It is non-transferable and has no cash value.
