Narda NIM Series Industrial Field Meters are measurement devices equipped with a dual sensor probe for measuring electric and magnetic fields in industrial environments. The NIM (Narda Industrial Meter) is a complete measuring system with combined E and H field probe for simultaneous measurement of electric and magnetic fields on equipment operating at ISM frequencies. The device was specially developed for measurements on industrial equipment e.g. for high frequency welding, glass coating, semiconductor production, RF induction ovens, plasma generators or dielectric heating and drying systems.
Narda NIM-513 models feature a frequency range of 10 MHz to 42 MHz; the NIM-513, calibrated at 27.12 MHz, is particularly suitable for measurements at this commonly-used ISM frequency.
The Narda NIM-511 is a complete measuring system with dual electrical and magnetic field probe for frequencies up to 100 MHz; it covers, for example, most industrial equipment, RF heat sealers and vinyl welders, semiconductor process equipment and glass deposition, RF induction heating, dielectric dryers and heaters or plasma generation systems.
