Noise testers operate through a programmable noise generator that is designed to supply a high level of white Gaussian noise. Some noise testers can be operated manually by way of panel controls: others can be managed remotely via a controller. The Noise tester then emits Gaussian noise, random noise, and repeatable noise with very long repetition rates for simple problem identification.
