Oscilloscope Probes

Oscilloscope Probes are a tool used to help view waveforms on different parts of a circuit. These probes help connect the oscilloscope to the required points necessary to study the circuit. Classifications of oscilloscope probes include active and passive probes (the two basic types), as well as the attenuation of the signal (100X, 10X, and 1X). Which oscilloscope probe you use is generally dependent on what is available in the lab – unless, of course, you rent an oscilloscope probe from Advanced Test Equipment Rentals. Choose from active and passive oscilloscope probes at 1X, 10X, and 100X. ATEC carries probes made by Fluke, CIC Research, and more.
