The Minolta CM-525i Spectrophotometer utilizes d-8 SCI (specular component included) geometry. It integrates the reading over a θ25mm measuring area to provide better repeatability when measuring non-smooth materials, such as dyed thread, cloth or carpet. The Minolta CM-525i can use an optional memory card for data storage and can be connected to a computer, printer, or bar code reader for even greater versatility.
