Signal Analysis
Signal analysis refers to devices which analyze radio frequency and microwave signals, providing engineers with diagnostic information which informs them on signal strength, possible faults and more. A spectrum analyzer will record the amplitude and phase of a signal and help you identify particular signals over wide frequency ranges. RF signal generators are essential testing tools for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, specifically RF immunity tests. Oscilloscopes allow engineers to observe signal amplitude over time, providing a visual representation of the waveform in real time to better spot signal distortion.
