The Fluke DSX Cable Analyzer Series copper test solution enables testing and certification of twisted pair cabling for up to 40 Gigabit Ethernet deployments and will handle any cabling system. Certify your cabling for all of the following standards with one of our DSX series models: Cat 5e, 6, 6A, 8 or Class FA and I/II. As part of the Versiv Cable Certification Family, the DSX-5000 and the DSX-8000 provide accurate and error-free certification. Certifying a cable is one part of a process that starts with system design and ends with system acceptance. The faster that process goes, the more profitable you'll be. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that slow the process down – setting up the tester incorrectly, testing to the wrong limits, waiting for skilled technicians to analyze and troubleshoot failures, misinterpretation of results, and producing test reports that customers cannot understand.

Fluke Networks’ new cabling certification system bypasses these barriers and is designed to save you time and money in every phase of the cable testing job. The device's ProjX™ management system makes setup easy and foolproof– technicians enter the testing details into your Fluke DSX CableAnalyzer Series for the job only once. Your techs are then given the choice of only the correct tests for that job, especially valuable when the tester moves from job to job. Versiv lets users enter data many times faster through a modern smartphone interface instead of hunting and pecking with the DTX’s arrow keys. This unit's Smart Loop™ feature lets you perform an OTDR test on two fibers at once and even allows bi-directional testing without moving the tester to the other end, and the DSX can store up to 12,000 test results internally and up to 64GB on handy memory sticks.

The Fluke DSX Cable Analyzer Series consists of the Fluke DSX-5000 Cable Analyzer and the Fluke DSX-8000 Cable Analyzer.
