The Maccor Series 4000 Test Systems are computerized test systems used to conduct various forms of testing, such as pulse, batteries, super-capacitors, and fuel cell testing. The units come in different test position sizes from 1 to 192 test channels with simultaneous testing and independent test operating abilities. The Maccor Series 4000 Test Systems feature a voltage range of up to 180 V maximum and 0.02% of full-scale voltage accuracy, making these units innovative and reliable. The rise time for the Series 4000 Test Systems is <500 µS in constant current modes with 16 bits currents and voltage resolutions.

The Maccor Test Systems are designed for diverse applications and flexible testing. Some of the most commonly used applications include materials research, quality control in manufacturing, medical devices, research & development, and more. The Maccor Series 4000 Test Systems features a single current range of 1 mA to 2000 A and four current ranges of 150 µA, 5 mA, 150 mA, and 5 A. The system can be programmed to run tests with multiple steps, allowing the operator to use fixed current, fixed power, fixed voltage, fixed resistance, and voltage ramp. To provide maximum flexibility and an efficient testing process, the Series 4000 is equipped with single board computer controllers within the test cabinet, offering control of the tests and collecting the initial data.
