Polytec fiber vibrometers are selected when test surfaces are hard to reach, stand-off distances are relatively short or the smallest measurement spot is necessary.
Polytec's fibro vibrometers are very successful in the field of microelectronics and computer technology. The fiber probes can be adapted to microscopes for examining structures such as micro-actuators with a laser spot diameter of 2-3 µm or smaller.
Features
- Small probe size for easy positioning of the laser
- Fiber cable improves accessibility to hidden surfaces
- Probes mount to Polytec's small X, Y & tip/tilt stages & 90°-bend periscope optics
- Can be adapted to Polytec's test stands for precise positioning & simultaneous viewing and measuring of tiny parts
- Best spatial resolution for testing microscopic objects
