About This Position
The Position: Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician - This position is tasked with general maintenance of the facility and assisting the warehouse as needed.The Company: Advanced Test Equipment Corporation is a leading provider of test and measurement equipment based in San Diego (Sorrento Valley) and is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

Pay Grade: $23.00-$26.00 an hour
Responsibilities
- Responds to all facility tickets in a timely manner and facilitates their resolution.
- Makes basic repairs and requests the work of specialists when more complex repairs are needed.
- Ensures the functionality and safety of all facilities to include: electrical, plumbing, AC, network, and natural gas.
- Schedules facilities maintenance and repairs to minimize disruption to operations when possible.
- Ensures that the facility and surrounding grounds are clean and maintained.
- Assists in inspecting all subcontracted work ensuring it is completed in compliance with applicable codes.
- Builds crates to specifications for shipping needs.
- Assists in putaways of end of rental equipment.
- Other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
