Keithley 2400 SourceMeter Source Measure Unit (SMU)
The Keithley 2400 SourceMeter SMU is a source measure unit developed to excel in applications calling for tightly-coupled sourcing and measurement performed with four-quadrant precision. Keithley 2400 SourceMeter units serve simultaneously as stable DC power supplies and 6.5 digit multimeters with all of the following features: high accuracy, low noise, readback, and high repeatability. The Keithley 2400 SMU is in effect a compact, 1-channel DC parametric test instrument. Applications include as a source of current or voltage, a current/voltage meter, an ohmmeter, and more. The Keithley 2400 series comes in a variety of models with a max. current ranging from 1A to 10A and a power rating ranging from 20W to 1000W.
