The Vibralign Fixturlaser SMC Smart Machine Checker is a machinery diagnosis tool which operates at a range of 30 to 15,000 RPM and determines the health of any rotating machine in minutes. Vibralign Fixturlaser SMC models are built with Accurex machinery analysis technology, which detects a spectrum of faults ranging from unbalance and structural resonance to gear wear and misalignment. To operate the device, simply select the machine you wish to diagnose and take readings at automatically designated points with the triaxial sensor. A diagnostic report will appear, giving the operator information on the machine's condition and suggestions on action steps to solve any issues. The report can then be converted to a MS Word file and saved as a PDF. A stroboscope, pyrometer and camera are built in to the Vibralign Fixturlaser SMC to pinpoint RPM, establish temperature and identify machines respectively.
