Niton XL3t GOLDD+ Datasheet Supplemental Document
The Thermo Scientific Nixon XL3t GOLDD XRF Analyzer is a handheld XRF analysis instrument combining three sophisticated elements: a Niton XL3t 50kV, 40 μA x-ray tube, supremely optimized geometry and advanced signal processing software and hardware. Rent this XRF analyzer to test elements in compliance with requirements like California's RoHS law, the Restriction on the use of certain Hazardous Substances, legislature which limits the amount of hazardous heavy metals in waste electronic devices. Thermo Scientific Niton XL3t GOLDD models achieve a high count rate and lab-quality performance from the palm of your hand. A sophisticated interface allows users to pinpoint what interests them in a sample via an integrated color CCD camera and subsequently store the image in question along with data. TestAll Technology determines the presence of a lead, and whether it is on the surface coating or in the substrate of the sample, eliminating guesswork. A proprietary drift detector is also built in to provide technicians with swift analysis and low detection limits.
