The Chroma 11050 is a family of high precision LCR test instruments crafted to perform reliable measurements and diagnose passive components, even at high speeds. Chroma 11050 Series LCR Meters measure both primary and secondary specifications needed to test capacitance, inductance, resistance, loss factor, and quality factor of many passive components. Operating over a broad frequency range, 75kHz~30MHz/1kHz~10 MHz/60Hz~5MHz, the 11050 is ideal for characterizing components at many different frequencies while retaining a 0.1% basic measurement accuracy and 7ms measurement speed.
