The Fluke 5730A High-Performance Multifunction Calibrator calibrates a variety of digital multimeters, including long-scale 8.5-digit DMMs and RF voltmeters when the wideband option is enabled. The Fluke 5730A has an easy-to-read, simple-to-use menu and one-touch access. Bright letters or icons that are simple to distinguish from anywhere in the calibration lab indicate the status indications for OPERATE, STANDBY, and HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE. The 5730A has USB ports on the front and back of it. Artifact Calibration is a feature of the Fluke 5730A calibrator. All ranges and functions can be calibrated to complete specifications using just three artifact standards: 10 V dc reference, 1 ohm, and 10 k ohm resistance standards.

The 5730A multifunction calibrator's integrated automated Cal check feature verifies each range and function against a set of internal standards to keep track of each one's drift, giving users further assurance that the device will remain within its specifications between calibrations. The Fluke 5730A calibrator outputs up to 120 A and displays the output on the 5730A touch screen display when paired with a Fluke Calibration 52120A Transconductance Amplifier. The 5730A high-performance multifunction calibrator retains the best current accuracy over the broadest range of calibration workloads when used in closed-loop mode.
