The Keysight E4990A is an impedance analyzer with a frequency range of 20 Hz up to 120 MHz. It has 0.045% (typ.) basic accuracy over a wide impedance range with a 40 V built-in DC bias source and a variety of measurement parameters. The impedance measurement range is 25 mΩ to 40 MΩ with a 10% measurement accuracy and 4-channel and 4-trace functions on the touch screen.
