The Amplifier Research 40T26G40A is a broadband TWT amplifier developed for testing applications which require a wide instantaneous bandwidth of 26.5 to 40 GHz and an ideal instrument for conducting EMC RF susceptibility testing, industrial research and development, and service applications, producing 40 W of amplifying output power.

The Amplifier Research 40T26G40A will indicate when the unit is on standby, operating, detecting faults, or experiencing excess reflected power. A modular design and RF components enable technicians to easily access the unit, and its weight is reduced due to the implementation of a switching mode power supply. The device's front panel is digital and displays both reflected and forward output along with a trove of system status information, which can be accessed via soft-key menu navigation.
