The Chroma 61860 Regenerative Grid Simulator has a maximum output power of 60 kVA or 20 kVA for each phase. The Chroma 61860 was created in response to the rising need for clean, renewable energy sources, which has led to a growth in sales of Distributed Resource (DR) goods including PV inverters and wind energy systems. The 61860 offers a full 4 quadrant, fully regenerative, grid simulator with sophisticated capabilities for compliance, safety, and product verification testing.

The Chroma 61800 Regenerative Grid Simulator is a full 4-quadrant, fully regenerative AC power supply made for testing typical electrical products, like home appliances and commercial electronics that require a configurable input source. The 61800 was created to imitate grid characteristics for testing PV inverters and online UPSs. The 61860 can replicate various kinds of distorted voltage waveforms and transient situations needed for product validation testing. While the equipment provides clean, precise, and stable AC voltage for routine applications by using its built-in programmable waveform functions like LIST, STEP, and PULSE modes within the Chroma 61800.
