The Tektronix TCP202 DC Coupled Current Probe is a general-purpose probe for displaying and measuring current in electronic circuits, ideal for motor drives, switching power supplies, disk drives, electronic ballasts, inverters, and avionic testing. The Tektronix TCP202 features a bandwidth of DC to 50 MHz and 50 amps peak pulse current. The TCP202 model can be connected directly to TSD Scope through the TEKPROBE™ BNC Interface when using it with TDS3000C and TDS5000B Series oscilloscopes.
This oscilloscope probe is an accessory and is only available to rent with an oscilloscope.
