Tektronix manufactures cutting-edge signal analysis test equipment that ranges from oscilloscopes to spectrum analyzers and RF signal generators. Tektronix also offers an array of other electronic test instruments, including power supplies, electronic loads and multimeters. Since its inception in 1956 Tektronix has consistently designed innovative products, like the world’s first mixed-domain oscilloscope (MDO) in 2011, that push technological boundaries. Oscilloscopes
Tektronix offers oscilloscopes that measure within standard bandwidths, like 30 MHz – 200 MHz, and oscilloscopes that go up to 80 GHz and beyond. Customers can choose from benchtop units, touchscreen units, and even real-time oscilloscopes. Tektronix offers all the following types of scopes:
