Keysight N9038A-526 | 3 Hz – 26.5 GHz

The Keysight N9038A-526 EMI Receiver is a fully CISPR compliant EMI Analyzer, providing a DC frequency range of 20 Hz to 26.5 GHz and an AC frequency range of 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz. The N9038A-526 model can move smoothly between EMI receiver and spectrum analyzer modes, depending on the user's needs. The Keysight N9038A-526 allows technicians to easily identify the frequencies of peak emissions before final measurement, using the monitor spectrum. The instrument features a > 70 dB dynamic range and has a ± 2.7 dB amplitude accuracy.

The built-in diagnostic tools extend the versatility of the N9038A-526 EMI Receiver, providing technicians with flexible EMC measurement applications. The Keysight N9038A-526 EMI Receiver enhances diagnostic tools, utilizing spectrum and real-time analysis. There are functions, such as spectrogram, markers, span zoom, and strip chart. The N9038A takes a large step toward test automation by consolidating familiar equipment functions in a familiar user interface.

The Keysight N9038A-526 EMI Receiver has a 2 minutes maximum measurable period with a sampling rate at ≥ 10 MSa/s (within a 1 MHz RBW). The operating temperature ranges from 0 to 55°C. The unit was previously manufactured as the Agilent N9038A MXE EMI Receiver.
