Keysight N9038A MXE Series | 3 Hz – 3.6/8.4/26.5/44 GHz

The Keysight N9038A MXE EMI receivers are sophisticated EMC test systems designed to perform tests in compliance with MIL-STD-461 and CISR 16-1-1. The MXE offers time domain scanning to reduce overall collection times when longer measurement durations are required. The Keysight N9038A models operate over a frequency range of 3 Hz to 3.6, 8.4, 26.5, or 44 GHz (with different options corresponding to each frequency range).

The Keysight MXE EMI receivers empower users to take accurate, repeatable, and reliable waveform measurements while reducing scan times with time domain scanning made possible by fast FFT scans. Operators can quickly and easily determine peak emission frequencies before final measurements with spectrum monitoring, and diagnostic tools like spectrum and real-time analysis streamline the process of analyzing the data. The Keysight N038A MXE EMI receivers also allow users to perform these evaluations on an intuitive front panel display with all the tools one needs to discover the origins of non-compliant emissions.

With the external source control option, the N9038A MXE interface signal generators enable stimulus/response testing up to 20 GHz. To conduct a more detailed signal analysis, technicians can select additional functions such as analog demodulation, phase noise, and noise figure. The Keysight MXE EMI receivers offer a 21.4 cm high-resolution XGA display, providing clear and precise testing results.
