The Keysight N9040B UXA Signal Analyzer provides users with a 2 Hz - 50 GHz frequency range and has versatile applications, capable of testing 5G, 802.11ax/ay, satellite, radar, and electronic warfare signals. The Keysight N9040B UXA Spectrum Analyzers perform spectral purity measurements with leading-edge phase noise and provide a spurious-free dynamic range of 78 dBc, across a 510 MHz bandwidth. The phase noise at 1 GHz goes down to -135 dBc / Hz, allowing for one of the deepest views of the most challenging signals.

The Keysight N9040B UXA Signal Analyzer offers an extended RF input frequency range of up to 110 GHz with Keysight's smart mixers. The device features a gap-free, real-time spectrum analysis, helping operators to capture intermittent signals, and an improved DANL low noise path to capture lower-level spurious signals. The Keysight N9040B UXA has an innovative design that can achieve millimeter-wave and high-frequency spectrum analysis.

The Keysight N9040B UXA leverages its built-in signal analysis measurement expertise to easily understand signals and device performance. The high-resolution display (1280 x 800) and large screen design (357 mm / 14.1 inches) also contribute to data viewing and report management.
