Tektronix RSA6114B Spectrum Analyzer | 9 kHz - 14 GHz

The Tektronix RSA6114B is a 9 kHz to 14 GHz spectrum analyzer that combines high-performance spectrum analysis, wideband vector signal analysis and real-time spectrum analysis capabilities in a single test system. The Tektronix RSA6114B offers users a dynamic range ideal for difficult spectrum analysis measurements, operating at a typical 20 dBm TOI and -151 dBm/Hz DANL at 2 GHz. With the RSA6114B, users can perform a 1 GHz sweep in 10 kHz RBW in less than 1 second. The interface is fully preselected and image-free, allowing for maximum dynamic range at any acquisition bandwidth.
