PIM Blankets
A passive intermodulation blanket, also known as a PIM blanket, acts as an RF barrier to reduce PIM. They are generally used to help troubleshoot and eliminate PIM on antenna sites—on rooftops at the back or front of an antenna unit. PIM blankets are ideal for outdoor environments, and each blanket has tie-down points to avoid the product being disturbed by the wind or other elements.
