Espec EHS Series HAST chambers reduce the time it takes to complete humidity testing for semiconductors. By elevating temperatures above 100°C and increasing the pressure, simulation of normal humidity tests can be made while maintaining the same failure mechanisms. Tests can be completed in days, not weeks. Espec EHS HAST chambers feature automatic humidity filling, automatic door lock, a round workspace that allows wider sample boards to be loaded and a convenient, hermetic power-pin system for bias testing. An air HAST modification is available with the Espec EHS Series for faster testing of lead-free solder whisker resistance to humidity.

The Espec EHS Series consists of the following models: the EHS-212M, EHS-222M, EHS-212MD, EHS-222MD and the EHS-412MD.
