A wide range of industries require FLIR (Forward-Looking Infrared) technology for their thermal and infrared imaging needs, including defense, public safety, and more. Teledyne Technologies acquired FLIR in 2021, forming the subsidiary now known as Teledyne FLIR (formerly FLIR Systems).
