Fluke 9640A RF Reference Source Calibrator
The Fluke 9640A RF Reference Source generates precision sine wave signals from 10 Hz to 4 GHz with output levels from +24 dBm to –130 dBm. It features an integrated leveling head that delivers direct, accurate output to the device under test, enabling metrology-grade calibration performance. The unit supports a wide dynamic range, low phase noise, and low harmonic distortion for accurate RF measurements. It is compatible with MET/CAL™ Plus software for automated calibration.
