The Fluke 990DSL CopperPro Series II offers a broad range of Plain Old Telephone Services (POTS) troubleshooting, fault location, and line qualification capabilities. The added wideband/TDR option includes high frequency transmission testing and qualification functions (ADSL, HDSL, HDSL2, HDSL4, ISDN, T1, E1, and DDS) as well as precise fault location and analysis.

The CopperPro Series II was also previously manufactured under the TesCom product line.
