Gas Chromatograph for Syngas & Hydrocarbon Analysis

The INFICON Micro GC Fusion Gas Analyzer is a modular micro gas chromatograph that supports up to four independently programmable GC modules for parallel analysis of permanent gases, hydrocarbons, VOCs, refinery gases, natural gas, syngas, biogas, and specialty gas streams. It features resistively heated GC columns with temperature ramping up to 300°C/min, MEMS μTCD detection with sensitivity down to 1 ppm, and FAST (Fusion Auto-Sensing Technology) for measuring both high-concentration and low-ppm compounds in a single run. The analyzer offers optional integrated sample conditioning for gas streams up to 1000 psi and a license-free web-based interface.

Its transportable platform supports laboratory, field, and online applications including natural gas and H₂S measurement, hydrocarbon and refinery gas analysis, VOC monitoring, landfill and biogas testing, transformer oil fault gas analysis, mining gas monitoring, catalyst research, and mud logging operations.
