RF Frequency Counter

The Tektronix FCA3120 Timer Counter Analyzers measure frequency, time interval, phase, and voltage over bandwidths up to 20 GHz depending on model. They provide single‑shot time resolution of 100 ps for FCA3000 models and 50 ps for FCA3100 models with frequency resolution of 12 digits per second. The instruments support up to three input channels and sustain measurement rates up to 250 k readings per second to internal memory.
