Dakota Ultrasonics DFX-8 Flaw Detector and Thickness Gauge

The Dakota Ultrasonics DFX-8 Flaw Detector and Thickness Gauge allows users to perform both thickness and flaw detection measurements. The Dakota Ultrasonics DFX-8's thickness measurement features include a pulser voltage with a 100 – 200 volt square wave, a gain of 0 – 110 dB, and the following filters: wide, 1, 2, 5 & 10 MHz. The The Dakota Ultrasonics DFX-8's flaw detection features include automatic probe zero, probe recognition, and temperature compensation, as well as dual element, single contact and delay line transducer types. Flaw detection measurement modes include pulse-echo (P-E), echo-echo (E-E), echo-echo verify (E-EV), pulse-echo coating (PECT), pulse-echo temperature compensation (PETP) & coating only (CT) modes to address a variety of applications.
