Circuit Breaker Full Function Test Kit

The Schneider Electric Sqaure D S33595 Full-Function Test Kit performs secondary injection testing on circuit breakers equipped with Schneider Electric Micrologic, ET, and STR trip units. The unit injects controlled fault signals to verify long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and ground-fault protection functions and measures breaker trip performance. It provides a current injection range of 0.020 to 2.3 A DC and a voltage output range of 0.031 to 21.5 Vrms at 60 Hz for testing trip unit response. The test kit records trip times from 0 to 3000 seconds with ±5 ms accuracy and 1 ms resolution to evaluate protection curves. Operating from 115–230 Vac at 50/60 Hz, the unit supports automated and manual trip curve testing along with mechanical operation verification for compatible circuit breakers.
