EXFO FIP-500 Fiber Inspection Probe

The EXFO FIP‑500 Fiber Inspection Probe is a fully automated, AI‑powered fiber inspection scope made for single‑fiber, duplex, and multi‑fiber (MPO) connector inspection. It performs zero‑button inspection with automatic detection, focus, image capture, IEC‑compliant analysis, pass/fail determination, and result storage. The FIP‑500 supports MPO connectors up to 4 rows, native duplex inspection, and stores up to 10,000 single‑fiber or 2,000 MPO‑12 results, with Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and USB‑C connectivity for reporting and job management.

ATEC offers the MPO UPC & APC inspection kit, which includes the FIP‑500 fiber inspection probe, an interchangeable multi‑fiber optical head, MPO/UPC and MPO/APC SmarTips, and a soft carrying case.
