Fluke DSX-5000 Overview
The Fluke DSX-5000 CableAnalyzer copper test solution offers a 10-second Cat 6a / Class EA test time and 12,000 Cat 6A internal memory with plots. Fluke DSX units certify twisted pair Cat 5e, 6, 6A, and Class FA cabling with limits up to 1 GHz and reduce overall certification costs by up to two-thirds, adding up to 10% to the bottom line of every job. While the fast test time plays a part, the system’s true strength is its ground-up design, which reduces errors and streamlines certification. Full integration with the LinkWare Live cloud service lets the Project Manager remotely set up the tester, monitor job progress, and even locate the tester from any smart device.
Fluke DSX Performance
The Fluke DSX-5000's cabling certification systems are designed to save you money in every phase of the cable testing job and to achieve systems acceptance faster. The ProjX management system makes setup easy and foolproof. Enter the testing details into your Fluke DSX-5000 CableAnalyzer only once. Your techs are given the choice of only the correct tests for that job – especially valuable when the technician moves from project to project.
Fluke DSX-5000 Management System
The DSX-5000 allows users to enter data many times faster through a modern smartphone interface instead of hunting and pecking with the DTX’s arrow keys. The Smart Loop feature lets you perform an OTDR test on two fibers at once and even allows bi-directional testing without moving the tester to the other end. The Fluke DSX can store up to 12,000 test results internally and up to 64GB on handy memory sticks.
The Fluke DSX-5000 CableAnalyzer is the first model in the Fluke DSX CableAnalyzer Series.
