Keysight AP5001A Analog Signal Generator

9 kHz - 6.1 GHz

The Keysight AP5001A RF Analog Signal Generator covers frequency ranges of 9 kHz to 2, 4, or 6.1 GHz depending on the model. It features 0.001 Hz frequency resolution, –130 dBc/Hz typical phase noise at 20 kHz offset (500 MHz–1 GHz), and up to +17 dBm output power. Modulation capabilities include AM, FM, PM, and pulse, with support for simultaneous operation except FM and PM. The generator also supports sweep modes, list mode, pulse pattern modulation, and external/internal referencing, and is SCPI-controllable via USB, LAN, and optional GPIB.
