Yokogawa AQ6374 Optical Spectrum Analyzer

The Yokogawa AQ6374 Optical Spectrum Analyzer covers a wavelength range of 350–1750 nm for visible and near-infrared applications. It provides ±0.05 nm wavelength accuracy at 633 and 1523 nm, resolution settings from 0.05 to 10 nm, and sensitivity down to −80 dBm. The analyzer supports fiber inputs up to 800 µm core size, includes built-in color analysis and optical device testing functions, and offers sweep times as fast as 0.5 seconds. Interfaces include GP-IB, Ethernet, USB, VGA, trigger I/O, and analog output.
